boxnakliyat.com provides professional logistics, freight transport, and warehouse management services. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Analysis and optimization of loading space.
Implementation of automated palletizing systems.
Management of high-tonnage transport fleets.
Route planning and logistics monitoring.

We do not provide residential moving services or furniture transport.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Obligations of the Provider (boxnakliyat.com):

To provide services according to contractual specifications.
To maintain safety and professionalism standards in all operations.
To communicate transparently any significant changes or delays.

Obligations of the Client:

To provide complete and accurate information about cargo and logistics requirements.
To comply with the payment terms established in the invoice or contract.
To ensure access and necessary conditions for loading/unloading at specified locations.

4. Limitation of Liability

boxnakliyat.com is not liable for:

Delays or damages caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather conditions, unexpected traffic blockages, acts of authorities).
Damage to cargo resulting from inadequate packaging performed by the client or from the fragile nature of the cargo, if not communicated and agreed upon in advance.
Any loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the services provided for that specific order.

5. Payment Terms and Modifications

Prices are communicated in advance and may be subject to adjustments only in case of significant changes in logistics requirements, with the client's prior agreement. All invoices are issued in Lei (RON) and are due according to the stipulated terms. We do not offer "cheap" services or promises of "quick money".

6. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services for any client who violates these terms, without prior notice. The client may terminate the use of services at any time, according to the termination conditions stipulated in the contract.

7. Modifications to Terms and Contact

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the services after posting the modifications constitutes acceptance of them.
